Apricot Mango Passion Mimosa
- Mix 2 tablespoons of apricot jam and ½ cup of mango passion juice in a cocktail shaker can and fill up with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the canned food is diluted and mixed with the juice.
- Strain the mixture evenly in 2 flutes.
- Top up with sparkling wine.
* Serve in a flute or a wine glass
