Zodiac's Super Sea Wolf World Time Watch is designed for global travelers

Shortly after Zodiac succeeded its groundbreaking Sea Wolf diving watch with a bigger brother “Super”, the Swiss watchmaker added a world time function to the Super Sea Wolf in 1970. This reference is used over 50 years later in the name of retro modernity.

The redesigned Super Sea Wolf Word Time is offered in two straightforward colors and marks a move away from the flashy neon green and “blackout” Super Sea Wolves Zodiac recently launched.

One has a red bezel, black 24-hour ring, and stainless steel dial, while the other has a black bezel and dial with a contrasting 24-hour ring. Both are paired with a three-link stainless steel bracelet.

The no-frills aesthetics are well suited for everyday use on the go, and that’s by design. By combining Zodiac’s famous universal Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) tracker with an outer world time ring and rotating bezel, users can track a second time zone by aligning the bezel city marker with the current time on the 24 hour ring.

“The Super Sea Wolf World Time is the ultimate travel watch. Inspired by the craze the style received in the 1970s and the wanderlust we’ve all experienced over the past year, our team was thrilled to redesign this timepiece for the modern traveler, ”said Zodaic Creative Director Ryan White.

“With a case made of brushed stainless steel, a sunburst dial and a Swiss-made Soprod C125 automatic movement, it is a new variant of a classic from our heritage.”

The Zodiac Limited Edition Super Sea Wolf World Time is priced at $ 1,795 and is available online now.
